The feature I like the most in PDFCreator is that you can create more than just PDFs; it supports conversion into PNG, JPG, TIFF, BMP, PCX, PS, EPS.
PDFCreator can be used as a standalone application but beside this it will be integrated into Windows print options. So whether you are using Photoshop, Corel Draw, Notepad, Firefox, etc… you just need to press Print button and you can convert your files into PDFs by selecting PDFCreator from the options.
Features
- Create PDFs from any program that is able to print
- Encrypt PDFs and protect them from being opened, printed etc.

Hi,
I have learned much from following your blog, and passed on some interesting things to others too via links on s/w forums.
However this pdf Creator distro is just plain evil. It installs, whether you opt out of it or not, a Yahoo search bar AND takes over your FireFox default search (location bar).
This is a real PITA to undo, and involved me unistalling the whole thing and then manually removing unwanted plugins, search add-ons and deleting various registry entries.
To me this is nothing less than unwanted spyware in through the back door, hosted on SF too! I dont know what people gain by forcing our search via Yahoo, I can only imagine that Yahoo make some financial offering to companies that do this, if so then shame on them.
I am really dismayed and angry with SF about this, and I urge you to distance yourself from this software, or to at least leave some warning for others about the fate which awaits them.
Similar sentiments of dismay can be found on the pdf forge website forum.
Otherwise, keep up the good work.
