OpenGoo is an open source web office for any company/team to create, collaborate, share and publish all its internal and external documents.
OpenGoo is built using two strategies:
First, there is the mashup approach. This means OpenGoo takes many existing OpenSource projects, and “glues” them by developing tools to easily integrate them and make them look and feel like one single application.
Secondly, there is the classical approach, where we build a new piece of software. This will be the case when no OpenSource alternative convinces the OpenGoo team. Current work is being done in Java/JEE, due mainly to the background of the development team.
