Task Jr. is an Open Source Web Based Task Management Application built with PHP & MYSQL. You can manage your numerous tasks and projects with this lightweight web based application.
Task Jr. also has a PDA Interface along with Web Interface so you can access it on various computers, PDA’s, or web-enabled phones from anywhere. It also provide iCalendar support that makes it possible to share tasks.

Tasks Jr. is free and the license allows you to make changes to your own copy, however it is not Open Source.
